How to order

1.Order

If you find the dolls or accessories you prefer, please send an email and tell us the doll's name or the accessories' code, 
or link page to us. Otherwise you can contact our oversea agents directly.

2.Payments: 

We accept bank transfer, western union and paypal. You can email us with your order, and we will send you an email about our 
account information and total charge (include shipping fee). Then we will arrange manufacture after we get your payment.

3.Shipping: 

We can send via UPS , DHL EMS or Airmail. We will send you a email with the tracking number after we send your package.

Import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the item price nor shipping & handling (S&H) charges. These charges are 
the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be 
prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up 
– do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

4.Merchandise damaged in delivery

If you received the damaged goods, keep the original carton the product arrived with the shipping paper. Take pictures about 
that and the damaged goods then email them to us in three days. We will send your the new replacement parts with free shipping.

5. After-sale Service

We provide maintenance service and new replacement parts for customer who damaged dolls in improperly used. Customer should pay 
the production cost and shipping fee. (Skin tone may have a little difference in different producing batches.)
